At most domestic airports we can assist you with getting checked in which includes us collecting your boarding passes and assisting you with your luggage. You’re your bags are checked we will expedite you through security and deliver you to your airlines respective longue. Once the flight is ready board we will accompany you to the aircrafts boarding area and wait with you until you are safely boarded.
Domestic Arrivals:
In most cases for your arrival into your destination we offer gate meets so we can assist you with your carry on items and escort you to baggage claim and assist you with collecting your bags. Once bags are collected we accompany you to your ground transportation and send you on your way.
In most international airports our staff will be able to assist you with your check-in, and baggage handling. We will then escort you to your respective airlines lounge. Once the flight is ready to board we will accompany you to the aircraft boarding area and wait with you until you are safely boarded.
International Arrivals:
International arrivals can vary based on the specific airports policies. Scenario 1; Our staff will meet you at the gate to assist with carry on items and escort you to Customs. Once you clear Customs we will assist you with your checked bags and direct you to your ground transportation. Scenario 2; Our staff will meet you outside of Customs, assist you with your bags and escort you to your ground transportation and send you on your way.

Our greet staff is always in the mindset of exceeding our client’s expectations at every level. We strive to meet all special needs and or requests. We can offer assistance with upgrades, preferred seating, making sure frequent flyer numbers are in place.
In addition we can offer; newspapers, magazines, coffee, tea, water and soft drinks upon request. We take every special request into consideration and do our best to fulfill it.
