I wanted to reach out to ask for some assistance and direction. I already deal with a few folks at “Anonymous” Management Company but want to try to get more of them on board with you. Any suggestions or recommendations? I have had a great experience with you as have several others I work with here. There just seems to a synergy between The Brink Transportation Inc. and our Senior Executives and artists all of which are the end users of your service. Any thoughts on how we can bring more of our staff and artists on board? We have tried many car services and have never had the level of satisfaction and responsiveness your company offers.

I wanted to send you a quick note to THANK YOU for your help on Saturday night in getting our artist that was stranded at O’Hare airport to the venue in time to perform. I tried calling the other car services I had worked with in the past and none were able to assist. One of the other tour managers suggested I call The Brink. You not only got it covered you did do in lightening speed. I will obviously be using your company moving forward.

I wanted to let you know that I was very happy that our company decided to use your car services for our band while on tour in Australia. We know we are a difficult band to handle on several levels. The fact that you were able to provide the band members children with the specific child safety seats they required was so important. The seats met each specification we sent to you prior to the tour. Every last minute add on was handled in real-time. You were available by email and cell no matter what the time difference was. You made my life so much easier by being so responsive.
This was my first time working with The Brink and I can assure you will be handling all of our tours and artists moving forward. I will be calling you tomorrow to discuss the next leg of the tour.

Hi Jody,
My colleagues and I wanted to send a quick note to thank you for being part of our recent tour. Your service and attention to detail was unreal! No matter what time of the day or night you were there.
We also wanted to say thank you for flying out for all the larger shows where we had many cars booked. As you know some of the venues were tough to work with and some how you made it all happen and it was seamless to the artists.
We don’t normally have time to send vendors feedback but in this case, we made it.
