We place a major focus on embracing the fact that our clients have come to expect and certainly deserve an unwavering experience each and every time they utilize our service. The fleet we utilize is one of the youngest in the industry. All vehicles are kept in showroom condition and under go a scheduled maintenance regularly. Our client’s safety and comfort is paramount.
Our chauffeurs are considered some of the best in the industry. All are well groomed and are dressed in dark suits with muted ties. They handle themselves with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. We require each chauffeur to have a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar service environment. Due to the nature of the clients we cater to our chauffeurs are also bound to confidentiality agreements.
The Brink is very selective with whom we work with. We are also selective because we do not try to be everything to everyone. This allows us to maintain the acute focus required to satisfy our clients over and over. We will never risk diluting our service levels or standards by taking on more clients than we can effectively service.

Jody Brink
With over 15 years in the industry I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of other providers and as such have been able to gain a keen insight and ascertain which practices that are affective and those that are not. This has afforded me the ability to create a company that holds itself to the highest standards. My thinking is quite simple.
Our clients always come first. As the Owner my single most important job is to clearly understand expectations and create an experience for our client that is unsurpassed. In order to deliver this elevated level of service it is critical that I am personally involved in every single transaction from reservation inception to billing. I am available to our clients 24/7 without exception. My level of responsiveness combined with my experience in the industry sets us aside from other providers. I have worked with many types of clients throughout my career including; Music, Film, Corporate, Professional Athletes and Political Figures. I possess the ability to understand and manage individual client types and their respective needs. It is vital to our reputation and to client retention to know our client and their expectations.
